Our Policies

No Refunds: 

Thank you for choosing Hidden Gem Salon, our employees thrive on providing you with exceptional service and excellent customer care. We do not issue refunds on salon services.

However, should you have any questions and or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the salon within two days of your service. We will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the intial service. Adjustments are made available to you at no cost only within 7 days of the initial service.

Cancellations:

Your appointments are very important to the Hidden Gem Salon team.  Appointments are reserved especially for you.  We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully REQUIRE MORE THEN 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes.  If you cancel or make changes to your appointment 48 hours in advance you will be charged for 50% the cost of the service for which you were scheduled.  If you cancel or make changes to your appointment day of or less then 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments with Hidden Gem Salon. 

No Call/No Shows:

If you do not contact us to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 100% the cost of the service originally scheduled.

Tardiness:

If you are running late to your appointment, please call ahead to let us know.  If you arrive beyond 15 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and a cancellation fee will apply. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future services at Hidden Gem Salon.

Credit Card Required:

A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule an appointment. We REQUIRE MORE THEN 48 hours notice to CANCEL OR MAKE ANY CHANGES to an appointment. In the case that MORE THEN 48 hours notice is not given for a cancellation /rescheduling, Hidden Gem Salon reserves the right to and will charge the credit card on file.

No Children/Animals

For the safety of your children and the relaxation of our guests, children and animals are not permitted in the salon.  In the event that you bring a child/animal to the appointment your appointment might be rescheduled. Service animals are welcome.
